Over 7 years ago I stepped away from my comfortable and conventional life. A life of safety, routine and predictability. That life had become stale and stagnant. Something outside of myself was pushing me to explore more, to see bigger, to step out of my comfort zone in a big way.
This push took me on a journey of awakening, leading me through the jungle of Peru, the coastlines of Mexico, and the highlands of Guatemala, working with Shamans, Energy Healers, Yogis & Ceremonialists. Throughout this process, my education on energy began. I became certified in Reiki, Mystical Yoga, and EFT and began holding space for others. I worked with many different shamans and began to really understand how different energies work, behave and how to clear them.
I developed a unique way, based on shamanism, to remove heavy energies and bring people back to their true essence and power.

It is with deep reverence and respect for Great Spirit, the wisdom keepers who came before, and Mother Earth that I developed my own way of working with energy and creating safe sacred space for my clients to heal and evolve. And the way I do it is fast!
There are many ways that these energies keep us small, stuck, distracted or in distress. They work to prevent us from moving forward in our lives, to keep us in predictable patterns and far away sustained happiness, our dream life and our soul’s purpose.
